There wasn't many people there at opening so we enjoyed it being pretty quiet. Really good wings and I loved the Korean chicken sandwich.

I finally got into this place. Cool concept. Very popular and the wait can be long. Tonight I was solo so walked right in. Noodles made fresh in site. A properly limited menu. A fun and cool vibe with edgy music. Wait staff is extremely friendly. The food is presented and not simply set down. Recommendations are made with knowledge and confidence. Now the Ramen. It's great! I now hesitate to compare one Ramen place to another because the style can simply be different from place to place. I appreciate that very much. Broth and noodles are key and this place hits strong on both. I could have used a little more heat but I'm sure I could have asked for more. I just didn't. High high marks for this really cool, off the beaten path, Ramen Joint.

The staff accommodated us despite having a full house. The food was terrific and the place is cozy and comfortable. Service was outstanding. Fiona herself is very involved and personally oversaw our experience.

While meandoring the streets after a visit to St. Cecilia's, I popped open my trusting TripAdvisor app to look to a good restaurant in the Trastevere area. Turned out to be my favorite meal in Rome. We started with a pizza as an appetizer...excellent...tons of olives...yum! I ate pasta at every dinner as I could not get enough of the perfectly cooked al dente texture. With that, we had Pennette all'arrabbiata (perfect), Rigatoni alla carbonara and Saltimbocca alla romana. The staff was very helpful and attentive. The place is tucked away in one of the charming alleys of Trastevere. We sat outside and enjoyed the many church bells singing while we ate.

Came here twice--first time for a girlfriend's bachelorette dinner and second time with the boyfriend. First time was spectacular. Each course was carefully plated and flavours were delicate and distinct. We were a table of 8-10 but the service we received was as if it were just a table of two--servers were attentive and took their time asking us about our dishes and clearing the table. The only thing I wish went different was that we'd get a better idea of how much we were going to be served because I was full to the brim at about 75% into our dinner. I wanted to try every dish, I really wanted to! Second time was with the boyfriend. I took him here because of the first time and just as expected, everything went as good as the first time around. Because this is a tapas restaurant, you're going to want to order more to try more dishes. Go with a bigger group and you'll be promised a world of beautiful flavours. And very likely, flavours you've never had before! As well, be prepared to fork out a healthy amount of dollars--however, I promise you it's worth every one of it!

Must make a reservation here!!! The service is better than most places I have been in Rome, and the pastas are simply incredible. A little pretty pricey, but you pay for what you get here.
